We’re just a short 30 minute drive from the National Exhibition Centre so there are no additional delivery costs for this exhibition venue and this helps keep our hire costs down. It also keeps the carbon footprint from the delivery to a minimum. Why hire from someone who's going to be charging for two 200 mile round trips?

We spend a lot of time at the NEC so know the site and the various hall layouts well and are very familiar with the venue's stand build and de-rig procedures. We have our own NEC Voyager account for deliveries so we can save you time and hassle by booking the delivery ourselves and there's then no need for you to worry about their deposit system either. It also means that if you’d prefer a staffed attraction we don’t need to put people up in hotels, and if it’s unstaffed we’re still local to offer support throughout the duration of the trade show attraction hire in the unlikely event that it’s needed.
